Since the 1890s the Baker Family has provided maintenance services throughout Queensland. Baker FM continues to be recognised as one of the leaders in the facility management and maintenance industry through dedication and a reputation of quality, innovation, customer service, and integrity. There are very few buildings in Brisbane that have not had the “Baker Touch”.

With dedicated, skilled, and passionate facility managers we provide a range of services to ensure the committee is best supported to deliver their requirements. Critically, through regular property inspections, we support ongoing property maintenance needs, adherence to compliance, and adherence to workplace health and safety (including on-site trade compliance) and provide regular reporting to ensure your committee is kept up to date with progress. We are active members of both the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and the Facilities Management Association (FMA).

BFM also offers a range of additional value add services including compliance and building condition reports, fire safety reports, electrical services reports, energy efficiency reports, vegetation management plans, access to handyman and trade services for maintenance and repair works, and more.
